We collect information you voluntarily provide through our forms (admission application, contact form, newsletter subscription) and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and analytics.

- To process admission applications and respond to contact enquiries.
- To send newsletters and announcements you have subscribed to.

3. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared with:
- Authorities when required by Nepali law.
- Service providers (e.g. email delivery) under confidentiality agreements.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for session management (e.g. CSRF protection). We do not use cross-site tracking or third-party advertising trackers. The Google Maps embed on the contact page may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.

We retain admission applications and contact messages for as long as administratively required. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@sarc.edu.np.
7. Security
We use HTTPS where available, parameterised database queries, hashed passwords, CSRF tokens and ALTCHA captcha to protect form submissions and accounts.
8. Children's privacy
Admission information for minors is collected from parents or guardians and processed solely for the purpose of school enrolment.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
