When can I apply for admission?
Admissions open in Magh every year for the next academic session (Baishakh). You can apply online via our website or in person at the school office in Bhimdattanagar-4.
What documents are required?
Birth certificate, previous school transcript, transfer certificate (if any), and a passport-size photograph. For Grade 11, the SEE marksheet is also required.
Is there a scholarship test?
Yes. SARC offers up to 100% scholarship for top scorers in our annual scholarship test. Register by Magh 20.
What grades does SARC offer?
From Early Childhood Development (ECD / Nursery) through Grade 12 (NEB +2 Science and Management).
What is the medium of instruction?
English, with Nepali language taught as a core subject. Sanskrit and optional third languages are available.
What are the school hours?
Sunday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (NPT). ECD ends at 1:30 PM.
Is school transport available?
Yes — free school bus service covers most routes across Kanchanpur district.
Are meals provided?
Hot mid-day meals are available for ECD–Grade 5 at an optional monthly fee.
How are fees structured?
Fees are charged on a monthly basis. ECD fees differ from Grades 1–10 and from +2. Visit the office for a fee chart.
Are there payment options?
Yes — bank transfer to our Nabil Bank account, mobile wallets (eSewa, Khalti) and cash at the office.
